Spektr Group successfully conducted maintenance on Power Pack to address operational issues and ensure reliable performance.
After conducting a thorough inspection and functional test, the following issues were detected:
∙ Oil leak from the control panel diverter pull-push valve seals
∙ Internal leakage in a 1” 3-way hydraulic ball valve, causing pressure loss to the tank line
To resolve the issues:
∙ The diverter pull-push valve was dismantled from the control panel, and worn seals were replaced.
∙ The 1” 3-way hydraulic ball valve was replaced with a new valve, including the connection adapters.
Final Testing & Results:
Following the maintenance, the power pack underwent functional testing. All components, including the newly installed valves, were verified to be working properly, ensuring the system is fully operational and leak-free.
