Spektr Group has successfully completed a full-service refurbishment of a Winch Control Unit, delivered to our workshop for urgent restoration.

Upon arrival, the unit showed signs of mechanical wear and hydraulic degradation. Our engineering team performed a comprehensive technical evaluation of all hydraulic circuits, hoses, control valves, and the winch actuation system. The objective was to restore full functionality, enhance reliability, and extend service life.

As part of the workscope:
· 40 hydraulic hoses were replaced using ALFAGOMMA brand assemblies
· All hoses were certified, pressure-tested, and traceably labeled
· Spektr Group, as the official distributor of ALFAGOMMA hoses in Azerbaijan, ensured OEM-level quality
· System seals were replaced and fittings re-torqued
· Hydraulic lines flushed and cleaned
· Control panel and valve functions were checked and verified

Equipment specifications:

· Heavy-duty offshore winch unit with integrated hydraulic control system
· Manual override and pressure-compensated valve block
· High-pressure circuit rated up to 350 bar

Outcome: Restored functionality, enhanced hydraulic stability, reduced leak risk, and minimized downtime for the client.

The job was completed in coordination with the client’s representative, and final pressure tests were successfully witnessed. Full documentation including hose register and test certificates was handed over.
