Job Description: Refurbishment service has been recently conducted for Nitrogen Pump, which includes the following:
-Disassembly of all cryogenics systems, hydraulic hoses, PSVs, Gauges, hydraulic oil tank, triplex, and control panel.
– Blasting operation of Nitrogen unit
– Missed two doors have been manufactured and installed in the Nitrogen unit.
– External Painting of unit
– Pressure testing of all hoses
– Calibration of PRV’s and gauges
– Assembly of all components
– Full functional test of Nitrogen Pump is performed to check its efficiency and operation
The materials used for anti-corrosion protection were two-component on an epoxy basis, agreed with the customer, in accordance with the external conditions and the environment in which the concrete nitrogen pump will be operated.

Extended Asset Service Life: Blasting and Painting will restore an asset’s original finish. Adequate control of coating and painting techniques will result in a high-quality, reliable finish that can help extend the life cycle of the assets, thus increasing return on investment.
