Radiator Overhaul: Disassembly, inspection, and refurbishment of the radiators, including cleaning, repair of leaks, and replacement of damaged fins or tubes. Replacement of worn or damaged hoses and fittings. Reassembly and testing of the radiators to ensure proper cooling performance.
Replacement of Hydraulic Hoses: Installation of 230 new hydraulic hoses to replace old, worn, or damaged hoses. Proper routing and connection of hoses to ensure optimal hydraulic system performance and safety.
Cabin:
Replacement of Cabin Cylinders: Removal and replacement of all cabin cylinders to ensure proper operation of cabin functions such as lifting, tilting, and locking. Enhances safety and functionality by addressing potential issues with worn or damaged cylinders.
Overhaul of Cabin Control Panel: Disassembly and refurbishment of the cabin control panel, including switches, buttons, and displays. Replacement of worn or malfunctioning components to ensure accurate control of cabin functions. Improves reliability and ease of use for operators.
Replacement of Hoses: Installation of 220 new hydraulic hoses and throughout the cabin. Ensures reliable transmission of hydraulic fluid and electrical signals for various cabin systems. Enhances overall reliability and reduces the risk of malfunctions or failures.
Electrical Cables: The electrical cables devices, cabin lighting has been repaired. Also replace power, signal cables and lighting systems throughout the PPU.

Testing of Coiled Tubing Unit: The successful final function test, conducted by the Client’s overseas team, encompassed thorough testing of the power pack, hydraulic reels, BOP reels, tilt mechanism, and other associated equipment. During this comprehensive evaluation, each component underwent full testing to ensure optimal functionality and performance. This successful test underscores the reliability and operational readiness of the entire system.
Additionally, all mentioned unit applied a Structural Repairs, Sandblasting, and Painting: Structural repairs to address any damage or deterioration in the cabin structure. Thorough sandblasting to remove old paint, rust, and surface imperfections. Painting to provide a protective coating and rejuvenate the cabin’s appearance. Improves aesthetics and prolongs the lifespan of the cabin.
