Job Description: Refurbishment service has been recently conducted for Nitrogen Tank, which includes the following: 
-Disassembly of all cryogenics systems, PSVs, Gauges.
– Blasting operation of Nitrogen unit
– External Painting of unit

– Non-Destructive Test of Nitrogen Tank
– Vacuum restoration and Vacuum test of the Tank
– Calibration of PRV

– Assembly of all components
– Pneumatic testing of Tanks with the verification from Bureau Veritas
– Full functional test of Nitrogen Tank is performed to check its efficiency and operation

The materials used for anti-corrosion protection were two-component on an epoxy basis, agreed with the customer, in accordance with the external conditions and the environment in which the concrete nitrogen pump will be operated.
