Flushing and filtering services of small bore tubing through to large capacity systems allowed Spektr Group to support our Customers in avoiding major failures of critical systems. Our flushing rigs equipped with a pump that can easily be changed to one which has a flow rate several times more that of intended system’s normal flow, directional valves, tanks, fluid heater and chiller and a bank of filters. Depending on Customer requirements flushed oil is being tested against NAS 1638 cleanliness standard using certified hydraulic oil analysers.

Our trained and assessed multi-skilled personnel are ready to support Customers with in-house manufacturing and testing as well as on site services.
