We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the inspection and testing process for our customer nitrogen bottle kits. Our team conducted a thorough evaluation to ensure the highest level of safety and performance. Below is a summary of the actions taken:
1. Internal and External Visual Examination:
We performed a comprehensive visual inspection, both internally (using a specialized camera) and externally, to assess the condition of the nitrogen bottles.
The internal camera inspection helped us identify any potential defects, corrosion, or damage inside the bottle walls.
The external examination involved checking for wear, damage, or irregularities on the outer surface, valves, and connections.
2. Gas Leak Test (Maximum Working Pressure):
The nitrogen bottles were subjected to a gas leak test at their maximum working pressure. This involved pressurizing the bottles with nitrogen and using sensitive detection instruments to identify any leaks around the bottle or valve areas.
3. Hydraulic Overpressure Test (1.5x Maximum Working Pressure):
To further confirm the structural integrity of the bottles, a hydraulic overpressure test was performed. Each bottle was filled with hydraulic fluid and tested at 1.5 times its maximum working pressure to ensure its ability to withstand pressures beyond normal operating conditions.
With the completion of these detailed tests and inspections, we have ensured that the nitrogen bottle kits are fully compliant with safety standards and ready for continued use. We take pride in providing these services for our customers, ensuring the highest levels of quality and reliability.
